Arroz con leche, or rice pudding, is a traditional Mexican dessert made with white rice, evaporated milk, and spices. It tastes great warm especially in the winter months or chill in the refrigerator for a few hours for a delicious summer treat. You can substitute raisins for cranberries or add chopped pecans.
